If you ever hear a piece of news regarding this project that has Spencer David's name in it, it's fake, and he was probably the person who created the "news" in the first place.

Spencer David is not a professional film maker. He's merely a very mentally troubled 18 year old boy with a seriously puzzling fixation about the live action Evangelion film.
